March:

-Early Years & Lower School-

Please regularly check this blog for vocabulary updates!  I am going to post some of the words, expressions, and questions that we have learned thus far as well as share some great links to songs that we have referred to in class.  Feel free to practice this material with your child!

January:

-Early Years-

Early year students are enjoying learning Spanish! They are practicing greetings, goodbyes, feelings, emotions, common questions, colors, animals, parts of the body, numbers, weather and seasons, food and drink, as well as modes of transportation. They are enjoying singing songs to reinforce the vocabulary and playing games in Spanish in order to help them remember these words, expressions, and questions.

-Lower School-

Lower school students continue to reinforce greetings, goodbyes, feelings, emotions, common questions, colors, numbers, days of the week, months of the year, animals, parts of the body, question words, frequently used verbs, and the alphabet in Spanish. They are enjoying practicing the vocabulary and are enthusiastic learners!  As we enter the second half of the school year, we will continue to add to this list of words, expressions, and questions.

September:

-Early Years-

Early year students are enjoying learning Spanish! They are practicing greetings, goodbyes, feelings, emotions, common questions, colors, animals, parts of the body, and numbers in class. They are enjoying learning many new songs and games in Spanish in order to help them remember the new vocabulary.
